Safe Handy was founded in 2013 by Edvaldo Cruz, who also owns Ed’s HVAC Corp and has extensive experience as an HVAC technician. Over the years, Edvaldo expanded his expertise by venturing into house flipping, buying and selling properties. This journey provided him with invaluable knowledge of homes from all perspectives—interior design, exterior functionality, and outdoor maintenance.
Through his work, Edvaldo built strong relationships with industry professionals and identified a gap in the market: the need for a contractor that could handle all aspects of home and property services under one roof. In response, he expanded Safe Handy to offer a comprehensive range of services, ensuring homeowners and businesses have a reliable partner for everything from minor repairs to large-scale renovations.
